If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you want to check the status of your order, pls kindly enter the tracking number in our TRACK ORDER page, you will see the shipping details once you click 'Track' button

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned at the buyers cost. The products must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns/refund on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons.
Please note: Wastou does not refund shipping charges for returned packages.
